Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every Hoeco product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable Items: Customized products, candles once used are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds: After inspecting your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchange: Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products based on stock availability.
